I am trying to add an Instagram tester for Instagram Consumer App, but every time I get the error "Form can't be saved Please verify all information is entered correctly and try again". How can I add an Instagram tester?

Other metrics are fine, but the follows_and_unfollows metric, follow_type breakdown do not return any value since 26/02/2024

I'm trying to generate a token to show my Instagram feed on my website. When trying to create a person for the application, in the Instagram Tester tab, an error appears. I've been trying since yesterday and nothing happens.

Unsupported get request. Object with IDIn the last few hours, we have been experiencing an anomalous increase in the "Unsupported get request. Object with ID" error and the "Code 9007 - Media ID is not available" error.
Can you tell us the reason for this? Is it a temporary problem with the Meta API platform? We have not made any changes to our procedures.
P.S. We are unable to open a bug report in the "report a bug" section.

I have been attempting to use the Instagram Basic API and have proceeded to the point of registering Instagram test users. However, I am encountering an error that is preventing me from completing the registration successfully.
The error message reads:
"フォームを保存できません すべての情報が正しく入力されていることをご確認のうえ、もう一度実行してください。"
(Note: The error message is displayed in Japanese for Japanese users)
I have also tried to designate a different Instagram account as a test user, but I encountered the same error. Furthermore, when I attempted to use an Instagram Basic API app that worked in the past, I encountered the same error, and I am unable to register new Instagram test users.
I can confirm that everything was working without any issues until at least January 15, 2024 (as indicated by the settings of a previously configured app).
Could this be due to a change in specifications or a bug on Meta's end? If there are any necessary steps required for registration, I would appreciate your guidance.
