I'm developing a React Native Expo app, and I'm using the Facebook Graph API to fetch videos from my Facebook page and stream them within the app using WebView. However, I'm encountering an issue where I sometimes receive two different versions of the videos when making the same API call. This inconsistency is causing confusion, and I can't determine the root cause.

When I fetch the videos using the Graph API and display them in a WebView, I sometimes get two different versions of the same video content. This inconsistency is not predictable, and I can't figure out why it's happening.

Every thing works but the end result it changes randomly(how the videos gets displayed)

Image1: This version i Like it

Image2: This one is not so much

The first one lets me change the quality and play the video in that screen, while the second one goes into fullscreen mode when clicked and plays the videos with no additional controls

How are folks able to deal with contacting Meta when they are unable to get a fair app review? We are continually going back and forth with different reviewers and this has happened dozens of times in the last few months. These reviewers seem completely incompetent and unable to give even basic feedback about their review. Unable to follow instructions or a simple screencast and just blatantly disable apps because of it. At this point we may need to stop working with Meta completely, it's gotten that bad that I don't know how other developers are able to manage it. Have others seen the same issues?

I've been looking around and haven't found mention of this "bug" in a bit. It seems to be similar to this ticket here: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/600724068502172/.
Essentially, some of our users can't use the Instagram basic API even though they have gone through all the procedures of removing authentication, re-connecting ,etc... When I test their access token directly, it appears all the fields work except media_url. This is for the endpoint : https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-basic-display-api/reference/media
We are approved for all the basic instagram permissions(instagram_graph_user_profile, and instagram_graph_user_media) and have our business verified. Most use cases work, but there are occasional users that can't connect to download their media.
I'm wondering if their account is flagged or something? The HTTP error isn't very helpful, so I'm not really sure where to go from here. It appears the only way to contact meta support is via this community forum. Hopefully somebody from Meta is monitoring this, because we don't have any actionable steps to unblock this user.
Thank you in advance.

Today, I see the endpoint https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v20.0/location that retrieves the location of my own page. Is there any way to obtain the location of third-party users, such as those who comment or send private messages directly to my instagram page?

I tried using this endpoint with the IDs of some other users who contacted my page via DM without success. I can see the number of followers, following, username, among other things.

Anyone had a similar issue to this that can help suggest some things we maybe missing
We have got a violation and a restriction for facebook login broken. We have fixed the issue but in review the reviewer claims to be "encountering an error" when testing with a test user credentials that works when we test it on multiple devices within the company but the review responses has very little information about the error and there is no way to ask questions to the reviewer to get these answers
We have submitted half a dozen responses with different text and instructions but just keep getting the same generic message back and now we seem to be stuck with it working on our end (test user) and reviewer claiming error? Even though the app is restricted the appeals page claims we don't have a restricted app so cannot appeal
