We have resolved the main issue for our App Review, but there seems to be another "violation" that just references the main issue (the one that's now been resolved).
It has basically created a circular reference that we can't seem to figure out if there's an actual action we need to take, or if this is a bug, or if we just need to wait and it will automatically resolve itself.
How can we get help with this?

First of all, this must be a bug but there's no way to submit a bug apparently: I only get predefined answers from the "Bug" menu entry. This is unacceptable.
My problem is that when submitting the last step of the "Data Use Checkup" procedure, I keep getting the message "An error occurred while submitting the Data Use Checkup. Please try again later." This is also unacceptable: Meta is forcing me to submit some information, the submit doesn't work and I have no way to get help other than posting a rant on a forum
I'm disgusted and will keep away from this platform in my future projects.

The webview screen to select the page to link to the application on the iPhone is covered with the continue button. When the user scrolls down and then releases their hand, the scroll bar is pushed up again, causing the continue button to not be displayed and they cannot select that button on the screen to operate.

we've successfully set up a Whatsapp API account and can programmatically receive (soon send) messages. However, I'd like to link the same account to phone/web to easily read/send/receive messages without making use of a third party tool.

If it's impossible to do so via WA web/mobile, is there self-hosted open source UI alternative?

Was expecting to still be able to link a business manager/API account to mobile/Whatsapp web. Not possible.
