I've got this status message in couple of my apps: "We've disabled this app for violating the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies." When I click "Read more or appeal", it takes me to the Developer Appeals page where it says "None of your apps are restricted." and doesn't let me to submit any appeal.

A few days ago, a message appeared on my Facebook Developers that I needed to resolve some inaccuracies related to the Android platform and Platform Term 7.a
Since those few days, I've been trying every way I can to solve this problem, but every time I send a request, I get a generic message that something is still wrong. In this case, here is a message from Facebook (I added the content of the information in the screenshots also):
"Thank you so much for your response. In working to create a great Platform experience for everyone, we ask developers to ensure the apps they build comply with our Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Platform Affected: Android. We have received your email and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you, while reviewing we were unable to proceed on reviewing the application due to the registered URL application on the app dashboard were routed to an error "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server". Please make some update on the registered URL on the app dashboard for the correct Android URL. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your cooperation!"
The problem is that I have no idea what URL they might be referring to. I searched the entire Dashboard and everything looks correct. This message content I posted above is one of several that we get from them, regardless of what I put in the request. For example, the earlier message from them was not about the wrong "Android URL" but the wrong "Website URL," which of course is also nowhere to be found in the Dashboard.
I'll also add that I've been trying to send a request for instagram_graph_user_profile and instagram_graph_user_media permissions for over 3 weeks now, I've already sent 20 requests, and most of them as feedback got a message from the bot.
Starting tomorrow they will restrict my app; unfortunately, I have no idea what I can do about it. From what I've seen, contacting support is out because it's impossible to write to them, their support panel always links back to the forum's posts.
Does anyone face a similar problem? Or is there someone who has managed to solve it?

How long would it take for "Feature unavailable: Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app as we are updating additional details for this app." resume normal after business verification mark "verified" in both business & developer account? Or else is there any way to trigger refresh?
In addition, the public profile and the email permission are all in advanced access and green light.

Our app currently cannot allow user to use "Facebook login" as our engineers found that our app has been disabled in production in Facebook (Meta), not sure what problems / issues have been facing here and we'd like to follow up with your end to know more as it's critical for continue to have our users to login our app with Facebook.
We only see the message of "We've disabled this app for violating the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can continue to use it in development mode. Read more or appeal"
However, when we clicked "appeal", there's no app being displayed at all on that page so there is no way for us to appeal or understanding what are the issues there. And I'm already the app administrator and also I've checked with several other app admins for the app and we all could not see any information on the appeal page. Please advise what might be the issue and how we can resolve it so that our users can continue to use Facebook Login in our app?
