I was requesting Advanced Access for the instagram_graph_user_profile permission, but all of a sudden it is removed from my app review stage. When I go back to the Permission and Features section and hover on it, I get a prompt "This is not available in advanced access". Note: It shows available in my other apps. Also, I have verified my business and made sure I am on the right track.

I'm trying to get App review for being able to ask for permission to user and after that being able to publish a carousel on the linked account.
I've added the Instagram test account and test the all process (that works and can be done many times). But when I submit it I get the response in the attached image.
For my request I've put a video showing the all process from the connection to my app to the publishing process + addes a proof that it work.

The thing is when I check the logs of my application I can see that there is no connection attempt and no attempt to access to my webapp during the "checking phase". Can you help me please ?

Hi I recently received a required action for "Platform Terms 3.b.i-iii - App does not request users to grant permission We found that your app has access to the user_age_range permission, but your app's use of this permission is not allowed. This violates Platform Terms 3.b.i-iii."
But our app no longer required this permission, but the reviewer response keep asking us to remove it from "app dashboard" which we have no idea where to remove except for the permission / feature section, which we already did.

We are unable to request advanced access to: "instagram_graph_user_media", it might be related to a previous attempt to submit the app.
We did get "approved" / advanced access to "instagram_graph_user_profile". Can someone help us finish this approval process?
