First of all, this must be a bug but there's no way to submit a bug apparently: I only get predefined answers from the "Bug" menu entry. This is unacceptable.
My problem is that when submitting the last step of the "Data Use Checkup" procedure, I keep getting the message "An error occurred while submitting the Data Use Checkup. Please try again later." This is also unacceptable: Meta is forcing me to submit some information, the submit doesn't work and I have no way to get help other than posting a rant on a forum
I'm disgusted and will keep away from this platform in my future projects.

We received notification of restrictions due to "Platform Term 7.e.i.1 - Timely response to our requests".
See screenshot; the message lists our several resolved app review cases and an additional request for information with 14 days remaining to respond. We have responded to app review requests regularly and repeatedly, each time with a successful resolution, as shown by the screenshot.

My team's application was restricted suddenly despite being told we had until June 21st to resolve the issue. The violation quotes Platform Term 7.e.i.1 which states "You have not timely responded to our requests related to monitoring or auditing;" but given that there was a clear timeline stated to us by which we had to resolve the issue this doesn't make sense. On top of all of this the provided form to appeal a restriction doesn't show our app so there are no routes to take.
We've re-submitted the task that was due on June 21st but unless this is resolved but until this restriction is lifted my company and our users are in a bind. I've noticed a few other posts today complaining about the same thing so I'm also wondering if this is an issue on Meta's end.

Some time ago I got our business verified on Facebook, and many apps have been connected to this business account. But the last few months I get an error when trying to create a new app and connect it to our business account, either in the process of creating the app, or later under App Settings -> Basic -> Business verification.
Earlier on I got a more generic error like "Unexpected error, please try again later" or something like that. Now I am getting "You have been temporarily blocked from performing this action."
This has been going on for months, and I have no idea why this is happening, and no way to contact Facebook support for help. Is there any way to fix this?
