Hi,
I am trying to use facebook authentication for my web application and that requires a Business Verification by facebook.
I am stuck on that part. I keep getting the following error message:
"We weren't able to verify your business using the information provided. Needs more information"
It does not say what information is missing.
I have submitted a bank statement and a tax registration document and nothing seems to work.
Here are the informations I provided
Q- Where is business located? A- I selected my country from the dropdown list
Q- What type of business is this? A- Sole Proprietorship
Q- Is your business officially registered? A- Registered
Q- Add business details A- I provided the information as it appears on my business bank statement
Q- Select a contact method A- Email
Q- Upload documents A- Uploaded Business Bank Statement
Q- Did your document include your business phone number or address? A- Yes
Q-Confirm email address A-Provided business email address
Q- Enter confirmation code A- Provided confirmation code received by email
Submitted info and received confirmation.
At this point, the status of the request changes to "In Review".
A few minutes later I see the same error message.
Does anyone has an insight on this? I am a bit frustrated right now.

We are still encountering issues with access verification for the access share and app access process. During our previous conversation, one of your executives assured us that this case would be handled, and we would receive a follow-up call within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we have not yet received any communication.
For reference, the case ID is: 523982227308334. We are specifically facing problems obtaining app access for API integration with our custom CRM. To complete this task, we require page access from the main account, as these permissions are essential for granting the necessary access.
Currently, we are managing three accounts for ads and business purposes, and the client has granted full access. However, the system still shows “verification pending.” Despite our efforts to resolve this, we haven’t been able to find a solution. We need your guidance and support to complete the access-sharing process successfully.
