Facebook recently warned us that our app will be restricted due to violation of our Platform Terms and Policies. They asked to provide more information including login credential of test or debugging user.
As response, we provided link to the app and credential of a test user to log into the app through URL. We tested the app and URL using the same credential to make sure it's working, and for sure it was fine.
In spite of all the details we provided, Facebook is still warning us and restricting our app to be accessed by publice. We don't understand what have missed and why it's still complaing about the violation however wer provided a valid credential and valid URL to the app!

Facebook has informed us that our application is not compliant. They have requested us to provide a link to the Privacy Policy before the login, which we currently do on the signup page.
We've examined the Facebook app for an example to understand their requirements, but we cannot find any links to their own Privacy Policy.
Attached is a screenshot of our ongoing conversation. We've asked for more details, but they keep repeating the same response without addressing our questions.
Has anyone else encountered this situation, and if so, how did you resolve it?

One of our apps has been restricted with the following error:
Error We've restricted this app for violating the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Read more or appeal
There is no message in the inbox and when going to the Developer Appeals page (https://developers.facebook.com/appeal/), we don't see any way to appeal. The page indicates that "None of your apps are restricted."

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize user experience and increase engagement with our Progressive Web Application (PWA) game, we have encountered a challenge when attempting to showcase install prompts within the Facebook App's WebView version.
Our team has noticed that, unlike in standard web browsers, the Facebook App's WebView restricts the display of PWA install prompts. This limitation raises concerns for us as we aim to seamlessly guide users to download our PWA game directly from their Facebook experience.
Could you kindly shed light on the specific technical aspects or policy considerations that contribute to the suppression of PWA install prompts in the Facebook App's WebView? Additionally, if there are any alternative approaches or best practices that would facilitate a smoother integration of PWA install prompts within the Facebook App's WebView, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.
