Can't find "WhatsApp" in my app dashboard

our FMB is verified and i want to connect my WhatsApp App business account (WABA) with Api. when I try to connect WABA with api my WABA account was disabled. Kindly enable our WhatsApp business account so we integrate it.

Previously I already set up my FB developer for BotSailor app then something going wrong and I deleted my app in the developer, now I want to set up again. While in the "Add phone number" when trying to save I got this error message "Cannot edit verified name of a migrating number" Please help what to do next?

We have been able to connect our product system with the WhatsApp catalog and everything works, including ordering the products.
However, we cannot create a collection and organize our products.
Does anyone know where the documentation is to create collections with WhatsApp API?
