Hi Team,
We are encountering an issue where a particular customer is unable to receive WhatsApp messages through the Cloud API. The error we received is "message undeliverable" with error code: 131026.
This problem appears to be specific to the Cloud API. When we send the same template to Android users and iOS devices, it gets delivered to Android but not to iOS devices. However, some messages are getting delivered to some iOS devices, while others are failing. The customer is valid, and there are no other issues.
Please provide any additional details or resolutions. This information will assist us in troubleshooting and identifying the underlying problem.
This issue is impacting our customer experience in the Production Environment.

Hello,
I am a certified tech provider, and I can't download the certificate after the business name was validated. I receive the email asking me to do so, but when I arrive on the phone number page, and I click view certificate, I'm not able to access it (see screenshot, text: The certificate is not available for your business. Only the business solution provider who manages integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform will be able to download the certificate.).
Am I missing something ? As a result, I can't send messages nor receive messages with the onboarded WABA phone number...
