We have a contact centre application serving brands to reach out to their customers when they write to the brand. Imagine a customer writes to the brand's WhatsApp business chat and agrees to receive a call from the brand's representative, the brand representative then calls the customer using our contact centre application.
Is this possible to do via the available APIs?

We tested our endpoint and everything works fine. We get this error on only 1 form.
