I am working on Whatsapp Business API. When i am trying to access the API, it shows me an error with

"details": "Connection refused. Please check if wacore is running."

I have a facebook page which posts image content regularly on it's feed. I want to create a Whatsapp account (preferably a bot) which people can subscribe to with a message, and start receiving all the new posts on the page as Whatsapp message from that number.

The following is the approach I want to follow.

1. Create a subscription mechanism: Save the contact number of all users who send 'SUBSCRIBE' to my number to a broadcast list.
2. Use facebook graph API to check for new posts on my facebook page feed.
3. If there is a new post on the page feed, send the content to broadcast lists created in second step.

The second step can be easily done in python using the well documented graph api. The first and third step however seems complicated as the Whatsapp business API access is subject to approvals and the third party solutions are not well documented. What would be the best approach to implement the first and third steps mentioned above, preferably in python?

Trying Whatsapp API integration , followed the steps mentioned in https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2087193751603668 but cant see whatsapp account creation option in Business Manager.

The issue is, After creating a Facebook business account for WhatsApp business API service. I did not found/see the menu of WhatsApp account setting in this. How to enable this menu. Could you please advice?

Working with a customer who wants to use Microsoft Bot Framework and "Whatsapp" as a channel. Though Whatsapp has released its public business API, it is still in limited public preview and Microsoft Bot Framework understandably doesn't yet support it. As an alternate, we are planning to use "Clickatell" for whatsapp integration, where Bot Framework would call the Clickatell APIs and enable integration with Whatsapp. Has anyone worked on this scenario and can throw some light on any challenges? such as how this custom channel would work and how security etc would be handled in the non-standard channel (Whatsapp)
