As seen in the image attached, when someone tries to create a token for a system user that is admin and has permissions of whatsapp business, it asks for another administrator user inside the same business to approve the request. When the other administrator tries to approve the request, it says 'You cannot approve the request due to technical errors'.
The system user is properly configured, with admin-level, has both the number and the app as actives it has full management permission on.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to generate an Instagram access token using the Token Generator in developers.facebook.com. After following the standard steps and granting permissions, the process hangs on a white screen instead of returning the token.
Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to developers.facebook.com and log in. 2. Select your app from the list. 3. In the app dashboard, choose Instagram as the product. 4. Open API Setup with Instagram Login. 5. Expand Step 1: Generate Access Tokens. 6. Click the “Generate Token” button. 7. A login window for Instagram appears. 8. Enter valid Instagram Business account credentials and log in. 9. Grant permissions and click “Allow”. 10. Instead of returning the token, the window turns completely white, and nothing happens.
Expected Behavior • After clicking “Allow”, the pop-up should close, and the token should be displayed in the Generate Access Tokens section of developers.facebook.com. • Instead, the page hangs on a white screen, and no token is returned.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken
✅ Tested in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) → Same issue. ✅ Cleared cache & cookies and tried again. ✅ Checked DevTools Console → No errors related to Meta, but the request stalls. ✅ Checked Network tab → No response after “Allow” is clicked. ✅ Attempted with different Instagram Business accounts → Same result. ✅ Tried different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data) → No change.
Request for Support • Is there an issue with the Token Generator process on developers.facebook.com? • Can you confirm whether the OAuth authorization flow is functioning correctly? • Are there any known service disruptions or debug logs available for this issue?

Hello everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with the "Instagram API with Business Login for Instagram" (newly released API) when using the Instagram app on iOS devices. Specifically, when the Instagram app is installed, the authentication process fails, and an error message is displayed within the app (see screenshot). However, when I uninstall the Instagram app, the login works as expected.
