Hi, please can you advise how long it take to validate the phone number for my WhatsApp account, I have this running now for 2 weeks?
From Brevo: This phone number is pending validation from Meta. It cannot be used for sending for now.

Is there a way where we can control delivery of messages using business api..like if a message doesnt get deliver in 2 days then whatsapp should not try to deliver the message. can we setup any limit in whatsapp using business api?

We are an online store based in the United States, and our Facebook and Instagram accounts are managed by our Hong Kong branch. One day, our Instagram lost its shop page and the product tagging features. We hope to restore the shop page and promote ads with product tags.
Upon entering the Business Manager, we saw the message: "Your shop cannot be displayed. Meta only supports shops that use checkout on Facebook and Instagram. Please update your checkout settings to sell products." This is when we realized that Meta has canceled the original shop features. However, clicking on "Update Checkout Settings" does not lead to a page where I can make the necessary settings; it just redirects to the same page.
I tried connecting to Facebook to see if it would help, but it showed an error. There is absolutely no option for me to change the checkout settings, and I cannot even recreate the shop.
How can we resolve this issue? Thank you.
