I created application, but when I try to setup WhatsApp or Instagram or add a product and setup, this message appears and I don’t know how to solve it

We have Implemented onboarding for WhatsApp Business App users following the Customizing the default flow docs. Unfortunately unable to complete the onboarding as I am facing issues with number verification and unable to proceed further. Tried with multiple numbers from supported countries(Thailand, Brazil and UAE)
