Some user mention my page in the post I am commenting on it, it went successfully but showing error response in the graph api.

During the business verification process to make the app live, I am unable to upload the required personal ID.

From Feb 14, 2025 (UTC+9), there are situations that an amount of error code INVALID_PARAM from ad.showAsync is increased. As I researched with error logs from our game log server on Feb 16, it usually occurs on Android device, and most of the error messages were 'Ad with ID ... was not initailized' and appeared when call ad.loadAsync and ad.showAsync again after received an error (code: ADS_NOT_LOADED, message: Ad with ID ... was not loaded) from previous ad.showAsync even called ad.loadAsync before. I share a graph image of the trend in the number of error logs of interstitial/rewarded ad error from our game log server.

I'm struggling with fetching Facebook event data. Is there a way to retrieve event information via the Graph API, such as the name, start time, end time, description, etc.?

Our business has already been verified but our app's API access is still restricted. We tried to remove the business and add it back but it does not allow us to do so. Can anybody help? Our app id is 1876520249204960.
