I have an app in development mode with two test users. It uses instagram platform with instagram login.
I create a post with one user and comment on it with another. Now, when I try to get the comments using the graph API, I get empty comments with before and after cursors.
I have verified the access token and the post ID.

I can see on instagram that the post does have comments, and the token has the permission instagram_business_manage_comments
Please tell me what am I do wrong.
When I queried the same api for a post without comments, it returned empty list again but without the cursors

Hi, I’m new to this
I have build an API and using it. No issues on utility message. But when I try marketing message, its work fine yesterday due to I have reply message to opt in. But on today it’s no longer able to receive anymore until I message the business number again. Is the opt in message only last for 24 hour? Or that not consider opt in for marketing message?
