Hi Meta. I have been using comment reply features with chatbots, and last month until this date still getting restricted of comment on peoples comments from my page. After 5-10 comments i get a restriction. I used to do 100-200 comments a day. The comments are different variations, no links, no spam.
I might think there is a bug here, and I read everywhere on forums they also have issues.

We have a contact centre application serving brands to reach out to their customers when they write to the brand. Imagine a customer writes to the brand's WhatsApp business chat and agrees to receive a call from the brand's representative, the brand representative then calls the customer using our contact centre application.
Is this possible to do via the available APIs?

We tested our endpoint and everything works fine. We get this error on only 1 form.

Is Messenger Platform Dead?
There is a confirmed bug we have found and wanted to create a bug report. However, we cannot create bug report for any of the Messenger related category. It kept showing as the error like that.
