I’m hoping to get some insights on an issue that’s been stalling our growth. We’re running a subscription-based mobile app campaign and have generated over 1,000 attributed purchases since January 1st. All our purchase events—including ValueToSum, currency, etc.—are correctly sent from Adjust to Facebook Event Manager.
Despite meeting every eligibility criterion (and even hitting +50 subscriptions in the last 7 days), the Maximize Value Optimization (ROAS) campaign option remains greyed out, preventing us from scaling effectively. We’ve already spent over $30,000 on this app and have been in touch with Meta Support for the past 3 months with no resolution.
I completely understand that platform-wide updates take time, and I truly appreciate the work Meta’s team does in improving the Ads Manager experience. However, given that this issue has persisted for several years and has impacted many advertisers, I was hoping to get some clarity on whether this is a known technical limitation or if there’s a workaround we might not be aware of.
Would it be possible to escalate this issue internally or provide insights into potential fixes? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have some apps that use Meta integration with the Facebook SDK. One of our subscribers normally receives the "App Installs" event data and another subscriber has the same implementation but does not receive the "App Installs" data. They were informed that "after checking our backend tool, the SDK/MMP was not configured correctly for the app. That is why the event manager does not appear in app installs" and this feedback did not make it clear to us what needs to be done to fix it, since one works and the other does not have the same SDK implemented. Can you give me more details please and help me resolve this issue?

I was in the process of deleting old apps from my Facebook Developer account when my app dashboard suddenly crashed. Now, I am unable to view my app dashboard at all, or any app settings.
I've tried:
Clearing my browser cache and cookies
Logging in from a different browser and device
Nothing has resolved the issue. Is there a way to restore access to my app dashboard?

Good morning. This month I got notifications about a data deletion but the only file available to download is from Nov 2024. By any chance would any of you know why I don't have anything matching the date of the notifications? Also, what type of data I need to delete? Only Facebook/Platform data, like facebook ID? I appreciate the help as Meta support says those questions are out of their scope.

I am trying to send a message with Whatsapp Business API, using the META api itself, it shows me that the message was sent correctly however the webhook shows me this error and the message does not reach the recipient:

There is nothing in the community, no forum, or documentation that talks about this error, I tried creating a new app and there was no same error and the same message that it was sent correctly but it still did not reach the recipient.
