Hi,
I am Meta verified and have a verified business account on here.
My birthdate got incorrectly entered on the payout account.
I have asked Payout Support to fix it over 20+ times, but they never fix it.
They asked me for documents once, so I sent in my ID again - they said it didn't pass vetting.
Yeah, because my birthday on the payout account doesn't match LOL.
I have been asking for help for over a year, but George and Adam in Payout Support never fix it.
It would take them like 2 seconds to do it.
My ID has been on file for ages with Meta Verified and I keep asking for help...
Why won't they fix this?

Hello, I'm having difficulty understanding how to connect a phone number to send messages to my clients. The instructions mention:
Download the certificate or copy it to your clipboard Follow these instructions to confirm your number (obsolete) Could someone guide me on how to proceed with these steps? Specifically, how do I confirm the phone number if the mentioned instructions are outdated?
Thank you!

I have tried ngrok urls. But they are not getting validated.

Then I deployed my code on render.com with the GET and POST request having /webhook endpoint. When I try to configure it, the webhook does get verified ( as per RENDER logs) but still its shows unable to validate the url in meta console.

Servio.net is down.

Hi, I'm seeking clarification regarding the User ID received through the Data Deletion CSV present in admin dashboard and its relationship with the Graph API ID field.
We receive user data through the Graph API during authentication using the 'id' field (fields=id,name, email)
Can someone confirm if the user_id in the user ids CSVs exactly matches the 'id' field we receive through the Graph API (fields=id)? We need to ensure we're correctly identifying and deleting the right user data when processing deletion requests.
Thank you for your assistance.
