Our app has been disabled for violating the platform terms and developer policies, but there is nothing in the action required. I have reviewed the bug reports and matching community questions and while this issue is noted, I am unable to find the resolution.
There is also alerts in the inbox that says the app was incorrectly frozen and to click on the banner in the dashboard to reinstate it - but when I follow these steps, it's a dead end.
Can anyone who has had this issue please let me know the resolution or alternatively, Meta team if you can please help me, because I wasn't able to get through the hoops to successfully log a proper support ticket.

    I have the same issue of our app and no where to appeal it. It's really frustrating. We really need the app back to live. How can I do this?
