Issue Disabling Mobile Verification Code Request
We need to allow a Meta reviewer to access our Facebook account to review the functionalities of our app on the Meta Developers platform. However, when we provide the credentials, Meta reviewers are unable to log in because the app still requests a mobile verification code, even though two-factor authentication (2FA) is disabled on our account.
As an alternative, we attempted to bypass this limitation by setting up a recovery email, sharing its credentials with the reviewer, and instructing them to:
Use the configured recovery email. Access the email to retrieve recovery codes. Try the "Forgotten password?" and "Try another way" options during login. However, even with this approach, the system still requires confirmation via SMS or through the mobile app, making it impossible for the reviewer to access the account.
Does anyone know how to deal with this issue?
