How can I change type from: your business will not be verified as a Tech Provider

If additional information is not submitted, your business will not be verified as a Tech Provider and API calls to certain permissions and features in advanced access for the app, Hibe, will be blocked
What information is needed? How to change the business to another type? What permission I will not have access to. I only need email and basic profil.
