Can't complete the data use checkup for my app which is blocking access for my users. help!

Can't complete the data use checkup for my app which is blocking access for my users. help!
I got the same error and tried on Chrome/Edge and was not working.
I just tried on my mobile (Iphone/Safari) and it worked for me! I hope it will help other people too but I don't understand why Facebook developers does not answer to these questions and fix the problems, it is very anoying!
