Unable to generate a token for app by system users

I want to generate a 60-day Access token for my app. It was working perfectly fine before.
Suddenly, I started facing an error when generating a new token stated "Unable to generate a token Error performing query."
I have assigned full access to the system user in my app. Everything is the same. I didn't change anything.
Help needed.
