I need to complete the Data Use Checkup for my app, however it requires me to link it to my business portfolio.
I have a verified Business Portfolio already, however when I try to link the App to it, I get an error message: "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can."
This error is blocking me from completing the Data Use Checkup, how can I get it resolved?

    Similar problem. Unable to delete previous business account nor verify with the new one. It is nearly impossible to get help at this point from Meta. It is extremely frustrating that the support team ask you to post thread here but constantly ignore the problem for connecting the business portfolio.

    Exactly the same issue, happens in FF and Chrome, also it cannot be reported as bug :/

    I found a workaround for my particular error - I made one of my colleagues an Admin too, and he was able to complete the link successfully. No idea why it doesn't work for me, but it works for him. So, if you are experiencing these odd errors, it's something to try - get someone else to try it and maybe it works for them

    Same issue here. 1. I am being notified to go through the Data Use Checkup. 2. I am asked to choose the Business account linked to the app that requires checkup 3. I click on "Start checkup" and got the "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." message.
    As you said, it is very frustrating to see that is it nearly impossible to reach someone at Meta while the verification deadline is approaching

    I have completed the business verification but cannot submit the data usage check up because it still asks me to complete business verification even though the business is already verified. I NEED SUPPORT ASAP!!

    Due date was today. My app is now restricted. I have lost Facebook login feature on my sites which is a major issue. Meta team does not care about us and the issues that are clearly on their side.
