If I post "Hello @[196567284037901]" on some of our users it will resolve to "Hello Aiven" but it won't actually tag the company
It works for my company which makes me think the permissions are correct following from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/features-reference/page-mentioning/ and syntax is correct given that it does resolve to the correct name but just doesn't tag the company
Any idea what might be happening?

We are noticing this as well. For some IDs it renders as a clickable link, and for other IDs it renders as the correct name, but not clickable.
This only began today as far as I can tell. I tried to open a bug report for it and the Bug Reporter rejected my report.

We also started experiencing this at about the same time, it still hadn't been resolved yesterday.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this? I seem to be unable to report this as a bug to Facebook and all Graph API concerns get routed to this forum

Seeing this as well. Syntax is right. [@page_id] and we can see that Facebook is doing its work by turning this is "Page name" - so, the system is clearly picking up the name of the page from the mention syntax but it is not creating a link ( Definitely feels like a bug.
