Is it safe to block Meta crawler or return lightweight page for it?

We use graph api to help our customers with posting to meta social networks. After any post we receive 10x requests back from Meta. Is it safe for us to just block crawler or return lightweight page for it? We need to know this in order to not loose our API permissions.
