Advertisers in Russia cannot create or run ads at this time
Hi, I have an issue when creating new Campaign. It has been working well until today, when this error comes up: "Advertisers in Russia cannot create or run ads at this time"
I am using this API endpoint: POST https://graph.facebook.com/v19.0/act_xxx/campaigns
