Hi, I am experiencing an issue with managing my audiences in Meta Ads Manager. Some of the Custom Audiences I have created are showing the status "Pending," and their audience size is marked as "Size temporarily unavailable." This has been the case since their creation, even though their availability status is marked as "Ready."
Here are some details about the issue:
One of the affected audiences is "Addtocart 180 jours," created on 07/10/2024 at 11:43 PM. This issue also seems to affect other audiences based on website traffic or custom events. The problem prevents me from estimating the size of these audiences properly, which impacts my ability to launch campaigns effectively.
so when I spoke with the marketing team, they told me that you had a problem collecting “conversio api” data, so I'd have to check with the technical team. all the while knowing that my API conversion was configured using the Stape-GTM-GA4 method. so is it possible to have an appointment with the meta technical team? thank you!

Here main problem is pixel issues. Ensure that your Meta pixel and Conversion API as well as First Party Tracking setup is well And every data count properly in event manager like PageView, View content, AddToCart, Purchase etc both sides like server side and browser side count at a time one event ( deduplicate).
Pending" Audience Size: This happens when Meta cannot receive enough valid event data (AddToCart) to calculate an audience size. It usually points to issues in CAPI setup, deduplication, or low event volume.
Check Events Manager (Meta): Look for the AddToCart event in Diagnostics or Test Events: Are events from CAPI showing up? Are there errors like "Missing parameters", "Event IDs mismatch", or "No deduplication"?
Compare Pixel and CAPI Events: In Events Manager, check if both browser-side (Pixel) and server-side (CAPI) events are appearing for AddToCart. Confirm that: Event IDs are matching for deduplication. Key parameters (like content_id, name,type, currency, value etc.) are sent correctly.
