    👋 Hello PedroSilva, Yes, I solved this problem lots of your main problems are Facebook ads and Event Manager as well as Commerce Manager doesn't receive your product information like product Id and type. If your CMS is Shopify or WordPress it is a major problem. Unfortunately, I say your main problem is tracking setup. First of all setup Facebook Pixel the right way and send product data (like id and type) as well as user information. Then it will be solved. Also, you know Facebook requirement to setup Conversion API like Server Side Tracking.
