I am detecting a 0% match rate despite disconnecting and reconnecting WooCommerce, following the correct steps. It asks me to correct the unmatched content IDs, but I don't know how to do that since the integration was done via a plugin. The pixel is correctly connected.
Additionally, I’m not sure if it's normal, but in Events Manager under Partner Integrations, it gives me the option to connect the catalog with WooCommerce, even though the catalog already exists.

Unfortunately your main problem is pixel and catalog setup in Commerce Manager. you didn't install Facebook Pixel properly in your website. Without accurate pixel setup how to get events data like view content, AddToCart, Purchase, etc. first of all ensure that your events setup is correct then you add feed in your Commerce Manager. Finally check your content id and content type same in pixel and feed. However, how to solve this problem? You are bound to setup both. 1. Install pixel and Conversion API Tracking look like this results. 2. Add catalog feed in your Commerce Manager properly. When you complete 2 step. I am 💯% sure your problem will be solve.
