Cannot resubmit or resume verification process - BUG?
I initiated the business verification process but did not complete it. It is in the "Pending submission" status now.
I am trying to resume or restart the process, but it fails every time after I select the verification method—no matter what method I use—call, email, SMS, or domain. The flow simply returns to the original screen.
Is there any way I can reset the process, restart it or resume it? Anyone knows a solution, or at least an approach to this problem?
It is either a bug, or I am missing something.
