Is anyone like me in the same situation? I have opened 3 tickets . After 1 month still no response and I haven't solved it.
What do you recommend me to do?
TONS of people in the same situation. Countless tickets opened and they either don't respond or just send the copy-past telling you they don't know and can't do anything. It's a big issue but Facebook doesn't seem interested in resolving it. A lot cheaper not to pay people.
