I have a comment plug-in and a comment continues to show up, but I can't see it in the moderation tool.

If I try to hide the comment directly in the plug-in, I get a message that the content is no longer available. It has been weeks without being able to remove this comment. I have the APP ID in the meta tags appropriately and the Javascript implementation for the plugin. Any suggestions?
