When I click to sign the "message_echoes" field, the following message is displayed "You could not subscribe to some of the fields requested due to a permissions error"

I've the same issue with WhatsApp, unable to subscribe to message_echoes, but able e.g. messages. Getting a general error:
Failed to subscribe to the message_echoes v19.0 webhook field at 9:30:10 PM
But, then after inspecting the actual ajax response's payload, it is written:
error: 1929002
errorDescription: "You could not subscribe to some of the fields requested due to a permissions error."
errorSummary: "Invalid Permissions"
