H have this issue when sending template message the template is approved and parameters are correct but I don't know why doesn't work, only the hello_world template works fine

    My company has the same issue. The dashboard says that our account's health is good, and the templates were working until suddenly (on Friday 20/12, around 10AM CET) they weren't. This is the error we are getting.
