Why is my Whatsapp Business API still remain disabled?
I have done these things: - Verified my business - Added payment information - Submitted Business License - Added a valid phone number
Then when I click 'Request for Review' under the Business Support Home page, then after just a few minutes I was rejected with this message
'Business remains disabled The review you requested confirmed that {Company Name} was violating WhatsApp’s Business Terms of Service.'
What exactly am I still missing here? Please let me know which terms I'm violating.. I tried to email their support but they never replied to me. I've been stuck for 1 month just trying to get my Whatsapp phone number verified, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Yeah it's really frustrating to get our appeal rejected but not told the reason why, and we're only able to request for review once, if it's rejected then your account is permanently disabled without the opportunity for further appeal.
The only way to request review again is to create a new business profile from scratch, this is very bad user experience and it's a shame for such a widely used product like Whatsapp
Sorry to hear. I'm also facing this same problem. It's so bad of WhatsApp to behave like this. In my own case, I can't believe my account was disabled, even when I haven't sent a single message in 5 days.
