While working on the message templates for Whatsapp business account, all templates have suddenly disappeared from Whatsapp manager. Templates are not lost or deleted, if i make queries via graph API, i can get a list of templates. But they are no longer visible. Also, there is a dropdown button on the top-right corner with the list of WA accounts, which had shown my accounts - well, recently at least. Now the list is empty too. Accounts themselves are accessible, just not visible in the dropdown. Trying to do Data Use Checkup. Went through the whole process and when submitting it gives an error: "An error occurred while submitting Data Use Checkup. Please try again later". I tried later several times but same thing is happening. What kind of bug is this. how to fix it or ask to fix it from FB

Yesterday all templates suddenly stopped working, even with different numbers associated with the app. Meta returns the following response:

What should I do or who can I contact to solve this issue?

Our app has been disabled for violating the platform terms and developer policies, but there is nothing in the action required. I have reviewed the bug reports and matching community questions and while this issue is noted, I am unable to find the resolution.
There is also alerts in the inbox that says the app was incorrectly frozen and to click on the banner in the dashboard to reinstate it - but when I follow these steps, it's a dead end.
Can anyone who has had this issue please let me know the resolution or alternatively, Meta team if you can please help me, because I wasn't able to get through the hoops to successfully log a proper support ticket.
