my app get this error when try to send message

I am using whatsapp business platform. I created a catalog using commerce manager and have connected it to my Whatsapp Business Account. Now, I want to create sets/collection in my catalog. When I try to create it using this documentation The set was created but I cannot see any 'publish' option to make the changes appear on the Whatsapp as well. When I followed this documentation I get an error saying

I have been sending msgs using this same catalog id. Then what could be the problem here? How can we make and publish sets for Whatsapp? Also, for publish_to_shops, shop ids are needed. Where can I find one for my whatsapp? As the WABA id is not considered a shop id.

UPDATE: Solved the issue of 'Unsupported post request. Object with ID '<Product_Catalog_id>' does not exist'. It was missing a permission called catalog_management.

But still cannot find anything to publish the sets on whatsapp catalog.

How can we make categories on whatsapp catalog using whatsapp API?

We noticed that video processing via IG Graph API is taking a lot longer than expected. When attempting to publish with a creation Id we are seeing the following error ""Media ID is not available". Please help resolve.

I have created a catalog using commerce manager, and now I want to add some collections and sets to the catalog. I have an option to make the sets but the sets are not getting connected to the whatsapp catalog i.e. I still see all products at the same page instead of collections here [https://www.facebook.com/business/help/620275848114281] I see no mention of whatsapp setup for collections. How can we do it? Is there an endpoint for collections?

Hi Meta. I have been using comment reply features with chatbots, and last month until this date still getting restricted of comment on peoples comments from my page. After 5-10 comments i get a restriction. I used to do 100-200 comments a day. The comments are different variations, no links, no spam.
I might think there is a bug here, and I read everywhere on forums they also have issues.
