trying to get an app review completed, and have been rejected multiple times. the reviewer is asking for a test user, but when trying to create a test user on our app dashboard, we are told repeatedly that "the ability to create test users is disabled temporarily". This "temporary" state is now going on three weeks. any idea on why this would be?

Hi, our Business Account has been blocked to add new numbers for WhatsApp Accounts. We no number, I mean 0 numbers, just the Test Phone that's comes by default, so we have less than the limit indicated in the documentation for verified accounts.
This is the Error: "You have already linked the maximum number of phone numbers allowed for this Business Account. Delete a phone number to continue or request additional numbers."

I've also verified the url it's pulling for og:image, and it works fine.

Payments in our Facebook web game have been failing with the error {"callback_id":"3","response":{"error_code":1383010,"error_message":"User canceled the order."}}since 21st January.
No changes within the app or it's configuration took place at this time.
The app uses Unity 2022.3.17f1 with Facebook SDK 16.0.2.
