I am new to this WhatsApp Business API and interested in reading or getting conversation details between customer and business.

As I was exploring APIs which meta offering us to use, I did not found from here (https://www.postman.com/meta/workspace/whatsapp-business-platform/collection/13382743-84d01ff8-4253-4720-b454-af661f36acc2) any API which is helping me to read any conversation based on conversation-id or any such kind of ids, which happened between customer and business.

Is there any such API using which we can get conversation / message-thread details?

Please correct me if I am checking right APIs which meta is offering us to use, any lead would be appriciated.

Thanks

We have a couple of chatbots running. Around 10-20% of the messages that the bot sends to the users are getting an error.
The web app/bot receives all messages just fine but the users dont receive all the bot messages.

Hi All,
I want to become a Meta business partner under Messaging Speciality. I have got the verification for my Meta Business Manager and trying to apply for the Meta Business partner through the attached form.
But the options are not shown in the Speciality dropdown as shown in the attached image.
Can someone help me on figuring out how to apply for the Meta Business Partner? we are trying to build an whatsapp integration into our platform, where as Meta charges us and we charge our customers for whatsapp usage.

All accounts connected to our App are missing stories impressions metric from Instagram webhook. I attach some responses i get from all accounts:
{"value": {"media_id": "mediaId", "impressions": 0, "reach": 20140, "taps_forward": 20460, "taps_back": 1559, "exits": 4290, "replies": 0}, "field": "story_insights"} {"value": {"media_id": "mediaId", "impressions": 0, "reach": 381, "taps_forward": 300, "taps_back": 11, "exits": 53, "replies": 0}, "field": "story_insights"} {"value": {"media_id": "mediaId", "impressions": 0, "reach": 43, "taps_forward": 38, "taps_back": 5, "exits": 2, "replies": 0}, "field": "story_insights"}
What could be happening? Regards, David.
