Business verification failing with "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can."

While trying to finalise "required action" and connect app to verified user I am getting error:
Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.
This happens since week and apparently no one is fixing it. I also don't see an option to contact FB directly ......
