My ads account was suddenly deactivated for no reason. I haven't run a single ad in the last 5 years so it is not because of any ad or ad content. I need to run ads again. Here are some of the error messages I am getting: "Your account is restricted right now: You have been temporarily blocked from performing this action. (#2859015)" and "You're Restricted From Advertising. You can't run ads or manage ad accounts." I have submitted over 20 support tickets with no helpful responses from Meta - all form responses and telling me my account actually is active, which it is not. My payment method is valid, I just successfully loaded $1.00 onto the account. Can anyone direct me to someone who can help reactivate my account?

Is anyone like me in the same situation? I have opened 3 tickets . After 1 month still no response and I haven't solved it.

Please help me to resolve the advertising restricted to my Facebook account

Users are unable to make a purchase in our app. We are receiving validation failure messages when a player makes a purchase. While checking the transaction details from Facebook we are not getting any data for validation, this causes the validation failure. We have checked the current status using the graph api and not getting any data.

Payments in our Facebook web game have been failing with the error {"callback_id":"3","response":{"error_code":1383010,"error_message":"User canceled the order."}}since 21st January.
No changes within the app or it's configuration took place at this time.
The app uses Unity 2022.3.17f1 with Facebook SDK 16.0.2.
